Halloween costume

So, I've got a black net tutu for DD1, I'm thinking some sort of cat type thing.

Can you help me? Need the other bits. Can't find a back leotard or anything on my own, I need you!

She's about a size 4 or so.

I have a black cat costume you can borrow. I'd like it back as it gets lent out to DD's friends quite often for various parties and events but you're welcome to borrow it.

Fits DD and she is 8 but she has worn it at Halloween since she was 4 or 5. Has a furry tail with a bow and a purple collar sewn on, with jewels. Well, Maureenmlove has it at the moment but apparently it's on it's way back to me! Not sure if there are ears, they may be lost.
