My step-sister turns 19 the next week and we all are preparing a family party. Out DM and I thought about decorating the walls with her photos but then declined the idea as it may be not good for the pictures. Not I'm thinking about creating some video about her or something. Maybe someone can give me a tiniest idea of where do I start? Cause you see, walking around with a camera would be too suspicious and that should be a surprise

Well, I see why you denied the idea of pictures on the walls. The glue and pins may affect the photos really bad. For my DM's birthday I made a video with pictures and music, I used this program for that and in the video there were some of her old photos included, I mean from her school yearbook etc. and the newest ones, these were from our family trips, my dad's birthday etc. She liked it so much, it even made her cry which I never expected!
You can try to do the same, the only thing you have to do is to digitize the old photos without her knowing about it.
