Daughters 5th birthday party - stuck on what to do

Its my daughters 5th birthday in feb 2020 and we are going to have a party a the community Centre.
However I'm stuck on what to do.
First idea was face painter/festival glitter and a bouncy castle, then I've seen some good dj/party set-ups.
I want to plan an awesome party (she wants princess party) but dont want to go OTT. We had Elsa at her last birthday party.
Any ideas would be great

Can’t go wrong with a bouncy castle . Best party we did for our daughter was just that , with a mini disco as well .
