Helium

Anyone ever bought a helium canister to fill party balloons?

Only want to do a few, and was wondering how long a part-used canister would last? Could I put it in the loft for the next party?

wouldn't it be cheaper then to go to a shop that would fill the balloons for you?

I usually buy a helium canister for each of my DC's parties. Yes you can store them for the next party, so they are brilliant. They're also much easier than bringing 30 ballons home.

Saw one in Woolies but was £39.99. Is that standard?

If you know someone with a Makro card they are £19.99 for the canister, 50 balloons & the ribbon.

Wow, thanks. That's loads cheaper than Woolies. Friends hubby has one so will have to sweet-talk him.
