Ideas for Cowboy & Indian Party....food...games...decor please!

DS wants 25 of his class (girls and boys)for his 5th birthday party. Am toying with the idea of an entertainer, the only one I have seen that is any good costs £120 for 1 hour. Need ideas for games and food and decor please!!

Whoops, didnt realise I had left a debate behind my innocent 5yr old party query!!!

Never had occured to me that having a cowboy and Indian party would not be PC, blimey!! Well I am done for now as I have handed out the invites with it written on!!

There were some ideas for a kids wild west party in last month's easy living magazine - think it had calista flockhart on the cover - someone may still have a copy . . .

How about making headbands with coloured feathers, and having a tipi made of an old sheet & some bamboo poles to play in. Not necessarily PC, but fun. Good luck with your Cowboys & Indians party. PS- I would be the mum to send my DD in a sari wearing a bindi- lol at the total PC-ness of it all!

Yeah am planning to make a Teepee!

All the mums have so far said what a good idea the party is and have a couple said that the invites were good, so am not too worried about it.
