HELP - present for 3 year old boy

I am feeling terrible as have not bought anything for 3 year old nephews birthday. he is crazy about horses and trains, any ideas welcome please!!

Toys r us do the Brio wooden trains, you could go to ASDA and buy the (less expensive) set for £15 it comes with a train and then buy new trains every birthday etc. What about the Polar Express DVD?
