I had planned all the games for outside as space will be fairly limted inside. Basically there is a large room where i would like to have the games and then have the food layed out outside under a gazebo with a patio heater on. It will be raining but 18 degrees do you think this will be ok or will they get too chilly?

It will be fine. Children don't notice these things as much as adults do. Have fun!
