40th Winter Party - London

I'm looking for a venue for DH's 40th, in London, preferably London Bridge to Waterloo area.... private hire or function room type thing. It's about 10 yrs since I even went out out, so hit me with suggestions please!

Wishlist/

Private bar area or service
Food/nibbles option
Close to station
Late license
Dance floor

Ideas oh young, hip Londoner's??
