Party time

Is 5-7pm an Ok party time for a party that's mostly 5-8 year olds?
Looking at DD's party and the only times available near her birthday are Friday 5-7 or Saturday 5-7.
We have normally have parties in the afternoon and although DD is happy with the time because she wont have to miss her friday/Saturday activities I just wonder if some parents may not bring their children due to having their own plans on a Friday/Saturday evening?
We are happy to watch all the children so parents don't need to stay.

Friday 5-7 sounds ideal as an after school party. You then get the whole weekend to relax and open presents without your DC whining "when is my party" over and over. Win win 😁

Friday or Saturday would be fine aslong as I didn’t have any plans but some people will bound to have plans so either way you may miss out on 1 or 2 people
