How to dj on the cheap, digital options

Hello, I hope the hive mind can help me.
I want to organise a party for a big birthday.

It's going to be in a village hall. I thought I'd do a Spotify playlist, but the WiFi is dodgy at best. Is it possible to upload a massive playlist onto memory stick, or would I have to buy all the music I want if I'm going to upload it .
Do basically I'm asking if there is a streaming option that I can download, or another way of doing it?

ive looked into DJs, but because it's quite a specific playlist of mainly reggae, ska, soul and a few 90 s club hits, the only DJ I've found with that remit is based in London, and is out of out price range.
Don't want to end up with the birdie song as a floor filler.
Thanks in advance.

If you are using Spotify you can download the whole playlist so you wouldn’t need internet to play them.

You can certainly download a playlist onto memory stick and you don't have to pay. Its just that you have to find the correct site thats trustworthy to get access to upload all the songs.
