I booked this company to take boys quad biking for a birthday- the company didn't show up to their own site! I booked and paid a month ago. they didnt answer phone, show up or reply to us in any way. please learn from our mistake. The site owner knows they are a scam and did nothing.

Hi, I've had a similar experience with this company although I didn't book anything - did you complain to anyone else?

I booked and paid for a birthday party in May. They emailed me to cancel the party two days before! Leaving me with 7 very disappointed boys and a struggle to book anything else at such short notice. Despite offering a refund I have not received one. The landline number is not working and they do not answer emails or mobile calls or texts. Any suggestions of how to get my money back???
