Science Boffins or Mad Science for a Birthday Party?

Hi, I am planning to have science party for my 7 yo son.
Has anyone had experience with Science Boffins or Mad Science? Possibly in the west midland area? There is a significant difference in cost, with Mad Science being the cheaper, but I haven't found many reviews for them.
Any advice is welcome!

Hi criO, sorry you didn't receive any replies. I have just booked Science Boffins, so I would be interested in hearing what you decided in the end. My party isn't until February, but I will post my experience here afterwards.

Hi, I'd be interested to know who you booked in the end too as I'm having the same dilemma. Found this post whilst trying to find some reviews to help me choose for a 6 yrs old Birthday party in February.
Any advise would appreciated.

I had a Mad Science party (in the North west) for my 7 year old DS last year, and it was amazing - would really recommend them. Head office/admin really efficient and helpful and the actual presenter on the day of the party was brilliant. Definitely worth it. We had approx 18 boys/girls ranging from age 5 - 10 (although most were age 7) and had loads of positive feedback from the kids as well as other parents.
