We are holding DD's fourth birthday party next weekend. Last year we did a treasure hunt in the park across the street and, when we got back to the house, we played animal charades (pretend to be an animal and the others have to guess which you are); traffic lights (pretend to be a car, bus, police car etc and then stop, go or go slowly when a grown-up holds up red, green or amber signs) and musical statues. These all worked well and we will do the treasure hunt again if it doesn't rain, but I'd love to hear about party games that have gone down well with your children. In particular, we were wondering about the feasibility of doing some simple team games (e.g. building a tower of blocks). Some whackier ones would be welcome!

I did a mummy wrap at my DD's halloween party and the kids loved it.

Any ideas what a 'mummy wrap' is?
