I'm looking to organise a London social event for an online support group I'm part of and need ideas on a venue.
Attendees will be a mix of ages and backgrounds, many will not have met other members before in real life so I need somewhere that feels relaxed, inclusive and not intimidating. Not massively busy and noisy not too quiet either.
Ideally I'd like somewhere that serves alcohol in addition to coffee/soft drinks and perhaps bar type snacks. I would need to be able to reserve an area or at least a large table.
People will be coming from different parts of the country so it would need to be fairly central for transport and easy to find. Proximity to places anyone keen could go on to later for drinking and dancing would be a bonus too.
Grateful for any suggestions, it's been a while since I've had a social life (evening/non child related anyway) and I've lost touch a bit!
