Hi,
Planning on spending around £30 on a present for a 2 year old. What is a good thing to get for this age?
Thanks for the suggestions

Wicked Uncle has yet to steer me wrong. The music set caught my eye, and it's in your price range.

Books and craft things. They get used loads and the costs mount up for parents buying them.

X2 nice books - look in waterstones (£6 each approx)
Some various drawing paper and card
Crayola pencils and crayons

Toy kitchen equipment, such as a tea set, basket of fruit, pan set etc.

Bubble machine.

Second the idea of books too!

Mine would've loved this I don't know why I never bought one and now they are too big!

I like really like Duplo for that age.

One of my favourite sets is this ice cream one. Combined with a box of mixed bricks like this
My children love making ridiculously tall ice cream creations still, and the older one is 7 now. You can get a sandwich picnic set as well, which looks just as good.

Or this princess castle looks like a bargain.
