Party ideas for 2 year old boy?

Am completely stumped, any ideas gratefully received. Have 3 weeks to plan so have left it a bit late!

Just have close friends and family over, balloons, cake and noisy present opening

Are all the invited children the same age?

If so keep it simple. Free play. Present opening. Party food. A wee song time.
