black clothes for toddler

Anyone know where I can buy black clothes for a 2 year old?
Want to make a black cat halloween costume for her and bought some ears but now need basic black t-shirt and trousers or tights etc that i can sew a tail onto.
Guess I could dye something she doesn't wear anymore...
