I am struggling for ideas for a birthday present - was going to buy Aurora costume (Sleeping Beauty) but MIL has bought dressing up stuff and we've loads already. Any ideas? She loves dressing up, dancing, crafts...I have got her some books and new PJ's, and was thinking a new book for her leappad might be nice but otherwise I'm struggling...

Woolworths have loads of lovely stuff as do the Disney shop.
What about a laptop thingy?
we are thinking of getting one for our dd1 who will be 5 in november.

We've got a lap top thingy (M&S so nothing fancy) but it doesn't really get played with.

I thought of the polaroid idea but couldn't find one in Boots...And the sticker machine might be a good one.

Am going into town today so I'll let you know what I get.

PS Does anyone know about getting a cake with photo on from Asda or Tesco? Do they do it on the spot?

I've gone for Hama beads (just a little set to see how we like them) and a fairy shrinkles set. She loves anything crafty. She's got a dress and some books too. I picked up Pass the Bomb Junior and I might save that til Christmas. Thanks for the tips.

They usually do the cakes on the spot for you. Sainsbury also do them.
