DS not invited to party

Why does this upset me so much ?

I think he is quite popular in the class but yesterday I found out that he has been left out of another party - most of the other boys were invited but not him and a few others. I am really friendly with all the parents and go out of my way to be supportive and helpful. I don't understand.

But you know the main thing I don't understand is why I am so upet by this, I am more upset than him.

Does anyone else feel like this?

I think i would feel the same way - but i dont think it would bother dd as much as it would bother me. How old is your ds?

How old is your ds? I always found that in reception all the children would be invited to massive parties at jungle jim type places. Now as they have got older its about 3 parties a year they go to, just their good friends, and usually only 3 or 4 people invited.

Dont get too upset about it, if your ds isnt bothered then you shouldnt be.
