12 year old girls - glow in dark party ideas?

Trying to think of cheapish party idea for about 15 girls. Having it at home. Think we'll have bonfire for marshmallow toasting and maybe a few fireworks (health and safety nightmare). Had an idea to paint t-shirts with glow in dark paint and/or glow in dark facepaint. Will it be dark enough on an early november evening?? How can I make it more exciting?

Let them make mocktails and get nice glasses, straws ect or hot chocolate with whipped cream, marshmallows cinnamon. Just set all the stuff out and let them make it themselves. 15 is quite a lot I would stick to about 8!!
