Hi,
Am having a 4th party for DD about 3 weeks before baby due - eek! Hiring an entertainer at expense as can't bring myself to do anything. Going to keep food fairly simple for children and would like to for adults - just wondering what is expected? alcohol or tea and coffee only?

Tea/coffee/ jug of juice, maybe a plate of biscuits. Nothing more. To be honest I've been to loads of parties without any refreshment offered for adults, not a big deal. Enjoy it. Thanks for baby.

Well, have to admit that we've always offered wine/beer to any parents attending chidren's parties you need it to survive Grin.

HATE booze being served at kids parties. I really wouldn't do anything. IME if you have some spare helpers to do it then a cup of tea is often appreciated.
