New Year is the best time of a year that everyone is excited about and tries their own ways to bring lots of enthusiasm and entertainment in the atmosphere. Have you thought of any theme or special elements to make yearlong memorable? Do share your ways and I too will be contributing with some ideas.

Our dc are still young and no easy babysitting so we party with them at home. We start at lunchtime with bbq and Sydney fireworks on TV. We progress around the world with food and party games, though that usually kicks off after our curry in the evening. Every hour we toast the new year in with a different country so that by the time it gets to 10 o'clock we have toasted the new year enough times so I am happy to let Greenwich slip into 2014 from my bed. Dh usually stays up, dd1 did last year and dd2 wants to this year. Hope your celebrations are fun too!
