NYE party help

Hello all, I have offered to host a NYE party this year for 10 friends-all couples.
DH is uncomfortable sitting around a dinner table all evening due to a bad hip so was going to suggest a drinks and nibbles party so he and everyone is free to move around.
I need some non-sitting around the table party games though, can anyone help me liven up my party with some ideas which still keeps everyone together. The men and women do have a terrible habit of segregating!

Does it matter if everyone segregates if you are all having a good time? If the natural flow works, I wouldn't upset it tbh.

Do your guests like games? If so I recommend Absolute Balderdash and Articulate (bit livelier).

I would suggest having a look on Pinterest or Google "minute to win it" games.
