I am doing my son 5th Birthday in a Hall. Invited the whole class + few others friends so in total around 40 kids if they all come.

I was thinking doing;

  • Trays of shape sandwich (ham, cheese, jam, chocolate spread)
  • Sausage rolls
  • Mini sausage
  • Bowls of crisps (few different flavours)
  • Tomatoes cherry
  • Cucumber and carrots sticks with humus dip
  • fruit salads for dessert + may be jelly

Is that ok?
Thanks

cakes and biscuits? party rings and fairy cakes at leastSmile

I'd give the jam and Choc spread sandwiches a miss, especially if there's biccies and cake.

if you want the sandwiches eaten then put all the savouries out first and save the cakes etc until later

also think of Vegetarian children - maybe some Quorn cocktail sausages?

Pegjes44 · 03/11/2013 18:49

Yes of course I forgot the biscuits...I will put party ring and I am making cup cakes.

Spababe,
For the vege, I am doing the cheese sandwich, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots sticks, should be alright. I can also add some vegetarian mini quiches...should be fine. Where can I buy those Quorn Sausages?
Thanks

I
