Has anyone hired a fire engine?

I think DS, who will be 3, will love it, and now I'm really excited about the whole thing.

Has anyone hired one? Is it a good idea? Any recommendation?

We are in London and will be at the South Bank (we are booking a room in a pub - hope people don't find it too weird). I thought maybe the children could play and take pictures on the car and then go for a ride. There won't be many children (maybe about 7).

I found 2 companies that will do it in London, Big Red Fire Engine and Blazing Squad but have no idea if they are good.

Am I overlooking some obvious problem? Or is it a good plan?

Have hired one for a hen night. It was brilliant. Can def see how it would go down really well with the kids. Am not in London though so can't recommend the one we used as it was local.
