7year old pamper/craft type party - Herts/Essex

Anyone experience of this sort of thing and could recommend a company??! I've emailed loads from the web but noone is getting back to me!!!! Nothing complicated, 12 girls or so who want glittery make up, hair and craft activities etc etc

If I was brave enough I'd do it myself....!

How about hiring some local teenagers, buying some plain white pillowcases (or teeshirts) and some fabric crayons for a craft project and go wild at the make up counter in Boots. Companies are soooo expensive and I often think the kids have more fun with teenagers.

When my dd was 7 one of her friends bought her nail varnish and make-up and they had a great time "doing their own" - so why not let them pamper themselves - with a bit of guidance! Maybe give the party a bit of theme - zebra or leopard very popular and get them to decorate cakes or party bags - nothing too complicated is best - good luck!

I've got stuff from the Baker Ross website, plenty to keep them busy but I didn't want anything with glue so we've got self-adhesive things and also they have badges, keyrings etc. to make

Then we'll have some dancing/musical statues/pass the parcel as my DD still wants to do that (hopefully the other girls will want to, I don't know when is too old for that?!).
