There are the kidizoom ones

My DD has one, fairly indestructible; has a few games on; can do videos as well ...... there are some reviews on amazon about the quality not been so good, we went with it anyway as i wanted something that would not break, and we have used it whilst away ........

We got DD1 a Kodak one - around £40 I think. She does quite well with it and the photo quality is top notch - better than our own Sony one. She also has one of the Kiddizoom ones (bought when she was 3 or so) but for the same money I'd go for a cheap 'proper' camera.
