I thought there was 50, but have just totted the numbers up and I have 60 plus a few baby siblings. And there's still some not RSVPd. I don't think I'll bother chasing those up now!!

I've been to parties of that size (mostly double parties though)
The best thing you can do is keep it simple how old will your DC be?

I'd still chase the non-RSVPers (or assume they are coming) you don't want unexpected guests adding to the inevitable chaos

madness nappyaddict! Do you need advice on anything in particular (not that I've ever had a party for 60 kids!)

I'm thinking on scrapping the party games, I think they will be too hectic with that many kids!!

so what are you going to do to entertain them if no party games?

It was 55 kids in the end plus a baby. Bouncy castle, bubble machine, music, dancing, running around playing with balloons, Mickey Mouse character and animal man.

We attempted to do Hokey Cokey and it just wasn't happening!!

We had 2 turn up who hadn't RSVP'd plus 2 extra siblings, so not as bad as it could have been!!

sounds like it went well - well done!

It was a bit chaotic - it's a good job I'm fairly laid back and unorganised because organisation just wasn't happening with that many kids!!
