Nee Naaaa Nee Naaa - fire engine help!

Please help if you can! Am in an absolute state at the thought of making a fire engine cake for my son as I've left it too late to order one From m & s or waitrose. Does anyone know if you can buy one from the 'shop floor' of any supermarket at all? Oh please save me, I cannot bake to save my life, let alone decorate something so intricate. Wahhhhh !!!!

How about a plain cake decorated with a fire engine toy, some mini figures, liquorish wheels for hoses etc.

Have you asked at your local Waitrose, as at ours I have occasionally seen their fire engine cake available for immediate sale in the display cabinet.

another option is to visit the Cupcake talk page on fb. there's loads of cake makes/decorators on there. you would probably find someone local to you that would make it for you :)
