I've googled and brought up several sites but not sure if any are any good.
Has anyone bought the bear kits online and would you recommend a website?
Thanks

www.bearfactoryparties.co.uk/

i used this site in december for my ds3's 7th bday, we ordered 7? kids i got bears, 12inch ones and a plain t-shirt for each bear and the fabric marker pens to decorate, they each come with a box, a wishing star and a birth certificate, they were great, veyr easy to do and the kids loved them! on the site is says the bears comes with a bag? but they were a box like the ones from the bearfactory shops. anyway they were brilliant and i wouldnt hesistate to recomend them! good luck, i am sure you will have a ball! they have lots to choose from and i found them very reasonably priced, all 7 kids got a bear, t-shirt and i got the fabric pens etc and it cost me less than £80 which i think is really reasonable and no need to do party bags as they get their bear in the box to take home with them :)

I used 'Be my Bear' for my DD's party but that was 2 years ago. They were excellent - fab service and the bears were brilliant quality and easy to put together. IIRC the company were based in Wales (ish). I will have a quick google and let you know their web address.

Ok just checked it's bemybear.com Blush don't know how to do that wizzy thing you all do with links!
Just checked they are still only £5ish - excellent. I can't rate them highly enough. Good luck with the party - make sure you have Wine for when it is all over!
