DS is having one of these in a couple of weeks.

I think every restaurant is slightly different depending on what they're able to provide but for us we were told - £9.95 per head. No minimum number. Anything up to 15 children. Minimum age of about 5 think it was. Each child gets a plastic apron and a paper chef's hat, the opportunity to make a pizza - which can be taken home in a box if not eaten, an ice cream and some squash. You can take a cake/party bags/games if you like.

You can't book online but I did do it all over the phone. You're probably best off giving your local branch a ring and they'll be able to tell you more.

Thanks! I just rang. All they wanted was my name, number, and number of people going. He was very vague about how long it would last so no idea what times to put on invite.
I completely forgot to ask about party bags & cake Blush
he said it was £10 each
I think I'll have to go in to clarify things Grin
