27 year old friends birthday, what would you want to do??

My best friend will be 27, I would like to take her to do something new/ different. I have already got her a present, but would like to give her something else or take her to try something new and different.

Last year she took me to a lovely dessert place as I love desserts, so it wasn't expensive but very thoughtful... Any ideas??

ah, stumbled across this whilst persuing party threads for another reason, so probably too late.. I would have suggested going for cocktails, or afternoon tea (or both!)
