What can I buy my Dad for his 80th?

he hasnt been well lately and is not that active...am really struggling

Talking books? Half bottles of wine - make up a little hamper? Large print books? CDs? Compile photo album of family photos? Day out to somewhere special with you? Lunch at his fav restaurant?

If you live locally to where he grew up do you have the time to go out and take pictures of places he can't/doesn't often visit now? First house, favourite place, where he got married/worked, friends' houses etc.?

Does he understand/have a DVD player? You can get some of the classic old series on Amazon.
