safari suppers

Hi, i've agreed to be a host at a safari supper but feeling v nervous about it now and wondering what on earth I've let myself in for! (Was under influence of a couple of glasses of wine when i agreed, mind you!). Sure it will be a giggle but has anyone got any experience of anything like this?

I did one once - it was a lot of fun - we were quite young mind.. do you know which course you will be doing? also do something that timing its't vital as one ours things got ran quite late..
