Warm up Santa

My 4year old d/d has asked me is that the real santa? whilst visiting yet another Santa at School fayre. She is so switched on it is scary so i said he is a warm up Santa but and will tell the real santa what you want!! any suggestions!?!

I have told dd (3 3/4) that all the santas she may see around in shopping centres etc are all special helpers of father christmas who go all over finding out what children want for christmas then travelling back to the south pole and telling him what they want, because he is so busy making all the toys and wrapping them checking the lists that he needs some help. She seemed to accept this but said "OK mummy but he lives at the north pole you know" .
