I want to do a Narnia party over Christmas any creative ideas

A Narnia theme for Christmas day ..really just to have fun, welcome dd1 back from Spain over Christmas, generally add a bit of sparkle and silliness in nice way to finish off what has been a very tough year.

Party bags too.
Food.
Games.

They are between 19 mths, 17, 20, 22 and adults.

No Xmas, remember - always winter, never xmas!!!

Big furry coats indoors, lots of animals dotted about - lion if you can get one - someone to play wikced witch, kids dressed as dwarves, maybe a faun?

Sounds ace!

By animals, I mean toys obviously!

Not suggesting a real lion in your living room

streamers from ceiling (crepe paper strips .. all I can think of is the winter scene to be honest so would do white ones)

maybe get a load of white muslin and make a snow scene?

always Winter never Christmas ..just about sums it up, for us this year I think!

Could you make a set of wardrobe doors (maybe put them in place in front of door of party room?)?

Food and drink - mulled wine and turkish delight - what Edmund gets from white witch?

A syylvanian family creature, a wand and/or mini sword for each party bag?

Can I come?!

Hehehe, DH,me and a friend went as the lion, the witch and the wardrobe to a fancy dress. Dh hired a lion outfit, my friend wore silvery/white and wore a big white cloack and I wore a cardboard box covered in wood effect fablon
