Party on Fathers' Day

Booked party for DS earlier today but have just noticed that it's Fathers Day that day.

We don't 'celebrate' Fathers Day, but I am slightly concerned that some of the invitees might & may not be able to come as a result.

Timings of the party are 12-2...slap bang over lunchtime.

What do you think?

Wouldn't bother me.

Not like it is on something important like mothers day :)

I must admit that the only party invite I have declined on behalf of ds that didn't simply clash with another arrangement was one on mothers day.

I wouldn't worry too much but think you need to be prepared to accept some may be likely to have family things planned.
