Could anyone recommend a party entertainer/magician in the Liverpool area?

Would like to book a person that has been recommended - have been to some parties with 'entertainers' that are hopeless.

Can anyone help in the Liverpool area please? Thanks.

C. J. Tazz is very good www.cjtazz.co.uk/index.html
He does children's parties as well as adults and is very funny.

Hi, i've heard Wavey Davey is good- does a few games, a few 'magic' tricks, gets the kids dancing. Manages to keep them all behaving pretty well too! He's the only one i've ever seen though so not got anything to compare too!

oh no sorry! Wavey Davey is the one who was jailed! I got mixed up, will find out the name of the one i saw [mortified!]

I have seen Tazz many times at the nursery where I work. he is so good that we have had him every year for the last 10 years for the xmas party and the leavers party too. we always book a year ahead. We even went to one of his adult shows for our xmas staff do.

hahaha - just seen the wavey davey thing - think I will give him a wide birth! Do you know if CJ Tazz is expensive?

And any other suggestions welcomed!

Thanks.

Hi there, we were at a party recently where JJ the Clown was the entertainer. He only did an hour and there were only about 15 kids but he managed to get my 4yr old up and actively participating infront of everyone (when she hasn't been inclined to before). He's a bit older and I think probably the old school type of clown. And you also might want to get him to turn his microphone down as he can be a bit loud! Can't compare him to anyone else in liverpool but he seemed okay.

I'm now looking for the same thing so I thought I'd revitalise this thread and see if anyone else has any newer recommendations? Thank you!
