South Manchester party - anyone seen Dazzle the Clown

HI. Just wondering if anyone has come across or seen Dazzle the Clown?

I think my children went to a party where Dazzle was the entertainer.

It was the only one we have beeen to that has had an entertainer,so hard for me to compare.

If I remember rightly (dc3 was only days old, so memory bit foggY)he did tricks, balloon models,singing and told the parents to be quiet!
