Did my ds 5th birthday last Sat. I made up an inexpensive party bag (bought a box of clear sellophane bags from Waitrose £2.99 for 50) containing a home made chocolate brownie covered in melted chocolate and hundreds/thousands. Stuck a lollipop stick into it and then encased the lollipop brownie in a paper case. I also included a tube of smarties, tube of love hearts and a chupa chup lollipop. Tied the bag up with pretty wrapping string. Kids (and mums) all very happy....and easy to do.
