brunette urgently seeks easy POP FANCY DRESS IDEAS... KATE BUSH, maybe?

it has GOT to be easy, and i dont want to wear a wig, so i need to embrace my long dark rather wild curly hair!

... am thinking , buy some crimpers, a flower for my hair and be kate bush. but what did she wear other than that wuthering heights red dress? have googled but i cant really find the definitive outfit, that doesnt require the purchase of a dress.

any ideas? someone on an old thread suggest nena- complete with reds balloons and stick on armpit hair..

it has got to be simple, cheap and not involve too much shopping!

I am brunette and went as one of those birds from the Robert palmer addicted to love video (luckily H has an old electric guitar)

Slicked back hair, loads of red lippy and chiselled cheekbones and tight black clothes and heels

cybbo, nice idea... will put on my short list. I dont have suitable heels tho, but could buy cheap ones... dh says his guitar is too expensive to lend, which could be a deal breaker!

grr.. just looked at robert palmer girls on you tube and dh said he doesnt regognise them and dont think many others will!! i thought they were pretty well known. what do others think?

Yeah! Amy winehouse! Heels, mini skirt, tattoos... Those sleeve ones yup can get? Back combed Haiti, loads of eye make up, ciggy, bottle of voddie.
