I HATE fancy dress!! However have been invoted to a party where we have to dress as someone famous who is dead & havent got a clue where to start! I'm quite tall, average build and very short, 'fair' hair so a wig would prob be needed?
Dont mind a bit of expense, but not too much?
Cheers

I would go as Marilyn Monroe as all you would need is a white dress, blonde wig, eyeliner and red lipstick. I imagine if you did go as her you wouldn't be the only one though!

Or Judy Garland as Dorothy in the wizard of Oz:
Pigtails wig, Gingham dress, wicker basket (With small stuffed dog in it) Glittery red shoes with ankle socks.

Mmmm. There'll probably be several Marilyns for that very reason.

Maybe you could do a young Elvis?? He was sooo pretty that he's almost better 'played' by a woman.

There's always Princess Diana, also tall.

Audrey Hepburn, Mother Theresa, Michael Jackson, Kurt Cobain, Janis Joplin, The Queen Mum, John Lennon, Linda McCartney (I'd do her in the Wings phase). You could go as Brittney Murphy in Clueless or 8 Mile. There's lots of scope.
