Has anyone used them? Are they good? Got a catalogue off them and was planning to get some bits for my DS's birthday but am wondering whether the same stuff could be obtained as easily elsewhere. The convenience of having it all delivered is quite attractive though...

Yes, I used them last year and will be using them again soon. a few of my friends have too. Very polite, with fast delivery. They replaced a damaged item immediately and had no problems with me returning a product I was not happy with. (Party Bubble Mat page 49) - They are really small only one child can get on it at a time - Better to buy from a storage company such as 'Big Yellow,' much cheaper and you buy by the length. I must recommend the 'Balloon Drop Kit' on page 50. well worth £4.99 & bigger than it looks. Price wise - you can get Pinatas and the odd party favour cheaper from (I think) www.SwagBags.biz But overall pricewise it's swings and roundabouts. I would definately reconmend. And you never know you may end up talking to our future Queen Catherine's Mum! (if you care!?) Enjoy your party. x

I have used them again this year and they do deliver. I got the pass the parcel, pull pinata and balloon drop, which is great for the end of the party!

Aren't they Kate Middleton's family business? I treasure a hope that they'll be using Party Pieces stuff at the Royal Wedding buffetGrin

I've used them, they are brilliant, great customer service - I ordered some ceramic nibble dishes that spelled out the word "Party", when they arrived the Y was broken.

I rang them, expecting have to send the whole lot back to exchange (ref. GTLC and their ilk), they said keep the dishes and immediately sent me a whole new lot by next day delivery - didn't ask for proof or anything - and a lovely woman on the other end of the phone (perhaps it was Mrs M!).

I used them for the last 6yrs and never had a problem with them.

I read this thread a few days ago as I had a catalogue through the door. DD3 party next week and I had bought nothing so far!
I ordered online about 10:30 on Wednesday night, payed for normal delivery 3-5 working days. A conformation email from them said it would arrive by Monday 31st Jan. It came 8 o'clock this morning!

Will definately use again! They are fab.

I use them a lot and have done for the last four years (only recently found out the Middleton's own it). I can't fault their service to be honest and everything is good quality.
