North London - 7 y/o - Softplay + B-Party Venue ideas please!

For his b-day, my ds wants a softplay/leisure centre that suits his age - 7. Would consider anything weatherproof within 3 or 4 miles of Hornsey/Haringey. Playstation at Wood Green is an obvious choice, but we've done it too many times and want something prettier with a healthier menu if poss. Any inspired ideas for other action packed events/venues? He loves action, adventure, imagination games, sports, etc. Thanks.

You can always try Clown Town behind the Friern Barnet Tescos just off the north circular onto colney hatch lane (parties are £8.50 per kid with food & entry included) or the N10 centre which is far nicer (&pricier) it is hard to pick up on an internet search but it is right next to the Audi Garage on the A1000 near Totteridge & Whetstone.

or that new soft play at Brent Cross - topsy turvy land?

I think topsy turvy land has organic food and doesn't smell of chips as much as Clown Town does.

We've been to parties at the Talacre Sports Centre a couple of times, and though the soft play thing might be a bit tame for a 7 year old they do all sorts of other things - trampolining and swimming and everything.

The only downside of it is no parking whatsoever. But it's a really nice set-up and we'd use it a lot if we were anywhere near by.
