Easy fancy dress outfit for adult?

I have been invited to a fancy dress party. Ideally I would like to have an outfit that wont be too much effort to make or put together, Im so busy at the moment with all the other christmas preparations I really dont have time for anything tricky. I also dont really want to hire an outfit.

Are there any easy fancy dress ideas?

Really just something easy to achieve. There isnt any specific party theme.

what about a Morphsuit, easy - no fuss and will re sell on ebay for a good price!
