Where can I buy paper bags for party bags?

Ideally I'd like to get paper bags with a handle in a nice colour without having to buy a job lot of 200.

I just put a search into ebay for paper party bags and loads came up - pink, blue, white, gold, suilver and red.

I got pink and purple party bags and tissue paper and stuff to put in them from the curious Caterpillar website after seeing another poster mention it on here. Lovely bags, arrived within 3 days too.

I use these as party bags. No handles though.
