Sounds lovely. Ask at nursery who she plays with - ours helped by giving out the invitations. Food - I've been to quite a few 4th bday parties this year - usually a few sandwiches ham, cheese or jam - a few crisps, some cucumber sticks, baby tomatoes, mini sausages, cheese cubes, party ring biscuits or chocolate fingers, jelly and a birthday cake. Maybe have a few toys out, some balloons to play with, perhaps a craft activity - or just colouring for the quieter ones. We cut out some paper crowns and left a pile of shiny stickers for the DC to decorate them - that went down well. If there's a bouncy inflateable you won't need many games - but just have one or two - pass the parcel and simon says or something. If you can get someone to help you it's nice to give the parents tea and coffee. Hope it goes well.
