Hi
Looking for ideas for a childrens cinema party.
Essentially which film we can show for a bunch of girls age 7/8 together with a couple of boys. There will also be boys of 9 and 10 and about 3 boys age 5/6.

I wondered about Home Alone but I havn't watched it for ages,
ET was another possible choice.

For various reasons we are without a DVD player currently so I can't do the obvious and watch it myself

Any advice gratefully received
thanks

I wouldn't choose ET.
Watched it recently with DS (age 9) and DD (age 5) and they were both in floods of tears!
Wouldn't want that with a lot of emotional girls around.

What about Back to the Future? Re-released at cinema recently and v popular with DS's friends.

The Spy Next Door with Jackie Chan was a hit with DS and DD recently.

Bit confused - is it going to be at cinema or home movie?

Nanny Mcphee - 1st or 2nd one.

Charlie and Chocolate Factory (cd have a chocolate theme).

thanks
it's in a private cinema here which you can hire cheaply but you take your own movie

ET is a bit sad really isn't it?

still can't decide
like the idea of back to the Future and Charlie ATCF too!
