We've recently moved to the area and DS started at the school at Easter. He hasn't settled in particularly well, so I thought I'd just hire a hall and invite the whole class. But after going to the hall yesterday for a class party and seeing the whole class running around it in total bedlam, I've lost my bottle and changed my mind!
What DS has said he would like is a party at home with lots of Lego and the whole class! But we don't have a lot of space and certainly won't be inviting 30 kids to a party at home!
So what could I do at home with say 6-8 kids? Is that enough children to play some games with? Or are they still at the age where they don't need a lot of direction and will be happy to run around and play? Any ideas for games/ activities please? Something connected to Lego or Superheroes would be great.
