Why's it so difficult?

You receive an invite, you check calendar, you replay thank you/no thank you.

Job done!

Is it just me who doesn't think this is a complicated process?

I agree. I sort-of accused DD's nursery of not giving out the invitations, but they had - no-one could be bothered to reply. How rude!

Blimey, glad it's just not me - we sent out 10 invites, with one reply. then we sent a reminder letter which got another.
